JI-101

JI-101 is an orally available small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor that targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta (PDGFRβ), and ephrin type-B receptor 4 (EphB4). By inhibiting these kinases, JI-101 disrupts multiple angiogenesis signaling pathways in tumor vasculature, potentially inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and cellular proliferation in cancers overexpressing these receptors. It has demonstrated anti-cancer activity in preclinical models and was evaluated clinically for various solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, neuroendocrine carcinoma, and other advanced solid tumors.
