Jiajian Zhujing Fang (Modified Zhujing Formula) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal granule formulation developed by the Eye Hospital of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. It is a modification of the classic "Zhujing Fang" formula, which has been used historically for treating vision impairment. This specific formulation is primarily investigated for the treatment of pathological myopia (PM) and myopic choroidal neovascularization (mCNV). The formula typically contains herbs such as *Cuscuta chinensis*, *Lycium chinense*, and *Rehmannia glutinosa*, which are believed to nourish the liver and kidneys and improve retinal health. In clinical settings, it is often used as an adjuvant to anti-VEGF therapy (such as conbercept) to improve visual outcomes and reduce the recurrence of neovascularization.
