Overview
Jiangu Guanjie Granules (健骨关节颗粒) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) botanical formula developed by Beijing Yiling Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Yiling Pharmaceutical. It is formulated as granules and is designed to tonify the kidneys, strengthen bones, promote blood circulation, dredge collaterals, relax tendons, and alleviate pain. The primary indication for Jiangu Guanjie Granules is osteoarthritis (specifically the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome), which presents with symptoms such as joint pain, swelling, stiffness, limited mobility, soreness and weakness of the lower back and knees, dizziness, tinnitus, fatigue, and limb numbness. In October 2026, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China accepted the Investigational New Drug (IND) application for Jiangu Guanjie Granules, clearing the way for its clinical development.
