Jianweiqingchang mixture

Jianweiqingchang mixture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital preparation developed by the Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of intestinal obstruction, including adhesive intestinal obstruction and postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction (ileus). The formulation is designed to promote gastrointestinal motility, reduce local inflammation, and facilitate the passage of stool and gas. In clinical practice, it is often used as a non-surgical intervention to restore normal bowel function or as an adjunct to accelerate recovery following abdominal surgery.
