Jiedu Qingjin Fang Granule (JDQJF) is a multi-component Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Professor Jie Li for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is a complex herbal mixture protected by Chinese patent CN107412547B. The formula consists of eleven herbal and natural ingredients, including Lilii Bulbus, Fritillariae cirrhosae bulbus, Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus, Armeniacae Semen (Bitter Apricot Seed), Aurantii Fructus, Scutellariae Radix, Agrimonia eupatoria, Beauveria bassiana, Pumex, Solanum lyratum, and Hedyotis diffusa. JDQJF is designed to target multiple biological pathways involved in lung cancer progression, including the modulation of the tumor microenvironment and inhibition of cancer cell proliferation, as suggested by network pharmacology studies.
