The formulation is a multi-ingredient herbal extract typically containing *Lonicera japonica* (Jin Yin Hua), *Bupleurum chinense* (Chai Hu), *Scutellaria baicalensis* (Huang Qin), and *Forsythia suspensa* (Lian Qiao). Pharmacologically, the capsule exhibits antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties, helping to alleviate clinical symptoms such as fever, headache, cough, and sore throat.
