Overview
Jinchan Zhiyang is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Chongqing Searainbow Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of subacute eczema and various pruritic (itchy) skin conditions. The medication is formulated based on TCM principles to clear heat, eliminate dampness, and relieve itching (Qingre Qushi, Zhiyang). It typically contains a combination of herbal ingredients, including *Periostracum Cicadae* (Cicada Slough), *Radix Sophorae Flavescentis* (Kushen), and *Fructus Kochiae* (Di Fu Zi). Pharmacologically, it is thought to exert anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects by modulating immune responses and reducing the release of inflammatory mediators in the skin. It is commonly administered orally in the form of capsules or granules.
