Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Jindbi Fang granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula developed by Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM), specifically the "Bi-syndrome" type. The formula is designed to nourish the liver and kidney, relax tendons, and activate collaterals, addressing the underlying TCM pathology of tendon and bone degeneration. It is currently being investigated in a randomized, parallel-group clinical trial (ChiCTR2500113740) to evaluate its efficacy and safety in adults with mild to moderate CSM, with the goal of improving neurological symptoms and functional outcomes compared to placebo.
