Jinghua Weikang capsules (also known as Jinghua Weikang) is a Chinese patent medicine (traditional Chinese medicine) developed by Tasly Pharmaceutical Group. It is composed of extracts from *Dysphania ambrosioides* (formerly *Chenopodium ambrosioides*) and *Adina pilulifera* in a rapeseed oil vehicle. Jinghua Weikang is approved in China for the treatment of peptic ulcers (including gastric, duodenal, and esophageal ulcers) and chronic gastritis, and is widely used as an adjuvant therapy to assist in the eradication of *Helicobacter pylori* infections. The formulation exhibits multi-target therapeutic effects, including direct bactericidal activity against antibiotic-resistant *H. pylori* strains, inhibition of gastrointestinal smooth muscle contraction, reduction of gastric acid secretion and pepsin activity, and promotion of gastric mucosal protection and healing.
