Jingling Oral Liquid is a proprietary Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) developed and manufactured by Jiangsu Kanion Pharmaceutical for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children. The formulation is based on traditional principles of nourishing the liver and kidney while calming the mind, and it contains a complex mixture of ingredients including *Rehmannia glutinosa*, *Cornus officinalis*, *Dioscorea opposita*, *Poria cocos*, and mineral components like Dragon's bone and Oyster shell. Clinical trials in China have demonstrated that Jingling Oral Liquid can significantly improve symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, often showing comparable efficacy to methylphenidate or atomoxetine with a more favorable safety profile regarding common side effects like appetite suppression and insomnia. It is widely used in Chinese pediatric practice as both a monotherapy and an adjunctive treatment.
