Developed and manufactured by Shandong Buchang Pharmaceuticals, the formulation is a combination of several botanical extracts, including *Panax notoginseng*, *Astragalus membranaceus*, *Pueraria lobata*, and *Ligusticum chuanxiong*. Its therapeutic mechanism involves promoting blood circulation to remove stasis, tonifying Qi, and dredging meridians to alleviate pain and inflammation associated with cervical disc degeneration and nerve compression. It is widely used in China to treat symptoms such as neck pain, stiffness, and radiating numbness in the upper limbs.
