Jingwu Keli is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulated as oral granules, primarily manufactured by Guizhou Shenqi Pharmaceutical. The preparation is composed of four key herbal ingredients: *Polygonum multiflorum* (He Shou Wu), *Rehmannia glutinosa* (Di Huang), *Polygonatum sibiricum* (Huang Jing), and *Ligustrum lucidum* (Nu Zhen Zi). In traditional Chinese medicine theory, it is used to tonify the liver and kidneys and to nourish essence and blood. It is clinically indicated for the treatment of symptoms arising from liver and kidney deficiency, including premature graying of hair, hair loss (alopecia), dizziness, tinnitus, and weakness or aching in the lower back and knees. The product is widely available in the Chinese market as an approved TCM drug.
