Overview
Jingzhui Tongluo Capsule is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Zhuhai Xingguang Pharmaceutical for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR). It is specifically indicated for patients presenting with the "Cold and Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals" syndrome (寒瘀阻络证), a TCM diagnostic category characterized by symptoms such as neck pain, numbness in the upper extremities, and restricted movement. The capsule is designed to warm the meridians, disperse cold, and promote blood circulation to resolve stasis, thereby relieving pressure and inflammation at the cervical nerve roots. The drug has been evaluated in Phase 3 clinical trials in China (e.g., CTR20191236) to establish its efficacy and safety profile in this patient population.
