jinma zhike keli

Jinma Zhike Keli (marketed under the brand name Jinmaxing) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) developed and manufactured by Chengde Yanfeng Pharmaceutical. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of acute tracheobronchitis, particularly in patients presenting with phlegm-heat obstructing the lungs. The formulation is a complex mixture of several herbal ingredients, including *Trollius chinensis* (Jinlianhua), *Viticis Fructus* (Manjingzi), *Armeniacae Semen Amarum* (Bitter Apricot Seed), and *Mori Cortex* (Mulberry Bark). According to TCM principles, the drug functions by clearing heat, resolving phlegm, and relieving cough and asthma. It was approved as a new TCM drug in China and is commonly administered as oral granules.
