It is primarily composed of the extract of *Lysimachia christinae* Hance (Jinqiancao). The drug is indicated for clearing heat, promoting diuresis, and relieving stranguria. It is commonly used in the treatment of urinary tract stones (urolithiasis), gallstones (cholelithiasis), and urinary tract infections. The mechanism involves increasing urine volume and altering the chemical environment of the urine to inhibit stone formation and facilitate the excretion of existing stones from the urinary and biliary systems.
