Overview

JK500 is a regenerative cell therapy product composed of natural killer (NK) cells derived from human embryonic stem cells, suspended in 0.9% sodium chloride solution. It is being developed as an investigational treatment for relapsed or refractory pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The therapy aims to leverage the cytotoxic activity of NK cells to target and eliminate malignant hematopoietic cells in patients with AML. The drug is currently under early phase 1 clinical investigation, primarily at the Hematology Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences[1][2][6].
