Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JLC056 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Jecho Laboratories. It is designed to simultaneously target Tissue Factor (TF) and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR), two proteins that are frequently overexpressed in a variety of solid tumors. By dual-targeting these antigens, JLC056 aims to deliver a cytotoxic payload specifically to tumor cells, potentially enhancing therapeutic efficacy and reducing off-target toxicity compared to monospecific ADCs. This approach may also help overcome resistance mechanisms associated with single-target therapies. JLC056 is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development for oncology indications.
