Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JLC062 is an investigational bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Jecho Laboratories. It is designed to simultaneously target B7-H3 (CD276) and PD-L1 (CD274), two proteins frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors and associated with immune evasion. By dual-targeting these antigens, JLC062 aims to deliver a potent cytotoxic payload directly to cancer cells, enhancing specificity and potentially overcoming resistance mechanisms associated with single-antigen targeting. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development for the treatment of solid tumors.
