Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JLF025 is an anti-mesothelin T-cell engager being developed by Jecho Laboratories, Inc. This bispecific antibody is designed to simultaneously bind mesothelin (MSLN), a glycoprotein overexpressed in several solid tumors, and the CD3 subunit of the T-cell receptor complex. By cross-linking tumor cells and T cells, JLF025 redirects T-cell cytotoxic activity to eliminate MSLN-expressing malignant cells. The drug is currently in preclinical development, with potential applications in treating mesothelioma, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, biliary cancer, and triple-negative breast cancer.
