JMKX2301 is a brain-penetrating cyclic peptide conjugate (trans-brain peptide conjugate) developed by Jeyou Pharma (formerly Jemincare's R&D center) using its proprietary Pepfold-DRP (多对二硫键精确折叠多环肽平台) platform. The Pepfold-DRP platform utilizes a large-scale library of 10^9-mer peptides and a unique library of polycyclic peptides containing multiple disulfide bonds to significantly improve the success rate of producing correctly folded multipeptide chains. JMKX2301 is designed to enable brain penetration through peptide conjugation, serving as a research-platform application example for the delivery of therapeutics across the blood-brain barrier.
