Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JMT108 is a recombinant fully human anti-PD-1/IL-15 bi-functional fusion protein drug developed for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors. It is designed to relieve immunosuppression on PD-1 positive tumor-infiltrating immune cells by blocking the interaction between PD-1 and PD-L1, while simultaneously promoting proliferation and activation of immune cells through IL-15 pathway activation. This dual mechanism aims to enhance anti-tumor efficacy. Preclinical studies have shown significant anti-tumor effects and a favorable safety profile in multiple malignant tumor models. The drug has received approval to begin clinical trials in both China and the United States[2][4][5][6].
