**JNJ-64300535 (JNJ-0535)** is an investigational hepatitis B virus-specific therapeutic DNA vaccine developed by Johnson & Johnson for chronic hepatitis B. It consists of two noninfectious plasmid DNA components encoding hepatitis B virus core and polymerase proteins. Administered by electroporation-mediated intramuscular injection, it is intended to elicit HBV antigen-specific cellular T-cell immunity and has been evaluated alone and following viral-antigen reduction with the HBV-targeting siRNA tomligisiran in nucleos(t)ide analogue-suppressed participants with chronic hepatitis B.
