JNJ-87890387 is a fully human bispecific antibody designed to target both ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 3 (ENPP3) on tumor cells and the T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3. By binding ENPP3 with high affinity on tumor cells and engaging CD3 on T-cells, it acts as a T-cell redirector, stimulating immune-mediated cytotoxicity against ENPP3-expressing cancer cells. The drug is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors—including hepatocellular carcinoma, ovarian cancer (endometrioid), uterine cancer (endometrioid), colorectal adenocarcinoma, papillary renal cell carcinoma, and lung adenocarcinoma. Its mechanism involves both antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity and direct stimulation of T lymphocytes to attack tumor cells[1][2][3][4][8].
