Overview
JRF101 + Radiation is a combination therapeutic regimen under preclinical development by Shenzhen Jinruijiye Biotechnology for the treatment of various solid tumors. The pharmacological component, JRF101, is a small molecule inhibitor of Forkhead Box M1 (FOXM1), a transcription factor that plays a critical role in cell cycle progression, DNA damage repair, and tumorigenesis. By inhibiting FOXM1, JRF101 is intended to act as a radiosensitizer, enhancing the cytotoxic effects of ionizing radiation on cancer cells and potentially mitigating mechanisms of radioresistance.
