Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JRF107 is a mitochondrial-targeted small molecule therapeutic developed by Shenzhen Jinruijiye Biotechnology for the treatment of psoriasis. The drug is designed using a proprietary mitochondrial targeting platform to address mitochondrial dysfunction, which is implicated in the pathogenesis of inflammatory skin diseases. By specifically localizing to the mitochondria, JRF107 aims to modulate cellular energy metabolism or oxidative stress pathways relevant to keratinocyte proliferation and inflammation. As of 2024, the compound has received Investigational New Drug (IND) clearance and is undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation.
