Overview

JS006 is a recombinant humanized IgG4κ monoclonal antibody that specifically targets TIGIT (T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domain), an inhibitory receptor expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. By blocking the TIGIT-PVR pathway, JS006 aims to restore and enhance the anti-tumor activity of immune effector cells. The drug is being developed primarily for advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, small-cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, as well as lymphoma. Preclinical studies have shown that activation of the TIGIT pathway can contribute to resistance against PD-1 blockade therapy; thus, combining TIGIT inhibitors like JS006 with PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies may provide synergistic antitumor effects. The drug is administered intravenously[2][3][4][5][6].
