Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS009 (also known as TAB009) is a recombinant humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting the immune checkpoint receptor CD112R (also known as PVRIG). Developed by Shanghai Junshi Bioscience, JS009 blocks the interaction between CD112R and its ligand CD112 (PVRL2), which is often overexpressed on tumor cells. This blockade prevents the inhibitory signal to T cells and NK cells, thereby enhancing their anti-tumor activity. JS009 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and ovarian cancer, both as a monotherapy and in combination with other immunotherapies like toripalimab (anti-PD-1) and JS006 (anti-TIGIT).
