Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS010 is a recombinant humanized anti-calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) monoclonal antibody injection developed by Shanghai Junshi Biosciences. It is primarily being developed for the preventive treatment of migraine in adults. JS010 works by binding with high affinity to human α-CGRP and β-CGRP proteins, blocking their combination with receptors, thereby inhibiting the intracellular cAMP signaling pathway. Pre-clinical studies have shown that JS010 has a significant inhibitory effect on vasodilation, which plays a role in migraine prevention.
