JS012 is a recombinant humanized anti-Claudin18.2 monoclonal antibody that targets the CLDN18.2 protein. It inhibits related signaling pathways and kills tumor cells by activating antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). It is being investigated for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors, particularly gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer.
