Overview

JS019 is a recombinant, fully human (humanized) monoclonal antibody that targets the cell surface receptor CD39 (also known as ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase-1 or ENTPD1). CD39 is an enzyme involved in the conversion of extracellular ATP to adenosine, which plays a key role in creating an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. By inhibiting CD39, JS019 aims to modulate immune responses and exert antineoplastic effects. It is being developed for use as an immunomodulatory and antitumor agent, with clinical trials currently focused on advanced solid tumors and lymphomas. The drug is administered intravenously[1][3][4][7].
