Overview

JS105 is an oral small molecule inhibitor targeting PI3K-alpha (PIK3CA). **Mechanism of Action** JS105 selectively targets, binds to, and inhibits PIK3CA in the PI3K/Akt (protein kinase B)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway. This pathway is frequently dysregulated in various cancers, particularly breast cancer, where PIK3CA mutations are present in approximately 40% of HR+/HER2- breast cancer patients.
