Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS201 is a bifunctional fusion protein developed by Shanghai Junshi Biosciences. It simultaneously targets and blocks both PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1) and TGF-β (transforming growth factor-beta) signaling pathways. By inhibiting these immunosuppressive pathways in the tumor microenvironment, JS201 aims to enhance the patient's immune response against tumor cells, reduce immune escape, and potentially overcome drug resistance. Its novel dual-targeting mechanism is designed to offer enhanced antitumor effects compared to single-target agents.
