Overview

JS203 + ifosfamide + carboplatin + etoposide is a combination therapeutic regimen being investigated for the treatment of various B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). The regimen consists of JS203, a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting CD20 on B-cells and CD3 on T-cells, combined with the standard ICE chemotherapy backbone (ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide). JS203 acts as a T-cell engager, redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity specifically against malignant B-cells expressing CD20. The ICE component provides broad-spectrum cytotoxic activity through DNA alkylation (ifosfamide), DNA cross-linking (carboplatin), and topoisomerase II inhibition (etoposide). This combination is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials by Shanghai Junshi Bioscience.
