Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS203 + rituximab + cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + vincristine + prednisone is a combination therapy being developed by Shanghai Junshi Bioscience Co., Ltd. for the treatment of various B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). The regimen combines JS203, a bispecific antibody targeting CD20 on B-cells and CD3 on T-cells, with the standard-of-care R-CHOP chemotherapy (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone). JS203 is designed with a lower affinity for CD3 to potentially improve the safety profile while maintaining anti-tumor activity by recruiting T-cells to kill CD20-expressing malignant B-cells. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase I/II clinical trials in China.
