JS206

JS206 is a recombinant humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets both Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1) and T-cell Immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT). Developed by Junshi Biosciences in collaboration with Coherus BioSciences, JS206 is designed to simultaneously block two key inhibitory pathways that tumors utilize to suppress the immune system. By inhibiting both PD-1 and TIGIT, the drug aims to restore and enhance the anti-tumor activity of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells more effectively than monotherapy. This dual blockade is intended to overcome resistance to existing PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors and provide a more robust and durable clinical response. JS206 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors.
