JS207 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody that targets both programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). By binding to PD-1 on T cells and VEGF in the tumor microenvironment, it blocks the interaction of PD-1 with its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), thereby enhancing T-cell mediated immune responses against tumors. Simultaneously, it inhibits VEGF from binding to its receptor, suppressing angiogenesis within tumors. This dual mechanism allows for synergistic immunotherapeutic and anti-angiogenic effects. The drug is being developed primarily for advanced malignant solid tumors including colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), squamous cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and other solid tumors[1][2][3][4].
