Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS207 + capecitabine + oxaliplatin is an investigational combination regimen consisting of JS207, a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA), combined with the standard XELOX (CAPOX) chemotherapy backbone (capecitabine and oxaliplatin). Developed by Junshi Biosciences, JS207 simultaneously blocks the PD-1/PD-L1/PD-L2 immune checkpoint pathways and inhibits VEGF-mediated tumor angiogenesis, thereby enhancing immune cell infiltration and improving the tumor microenvironment. Capecitabine, an oral fluoropyrimidine carbamate prodrug, and oxaliplatin, a platinum-based DNA alkylating agent, provide synergistic cytotoxic activity. This combination is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials (such as NCT06885385) as a first-line treatment for patients with mismatch repair proficient/microsatellite stable (pMMR/MSS) metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
