Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS207 + JS007 is an investigational combination therapy developed by Junshi Biosciences for the treatment of advanced malignancies, primarily advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The combination consists of two active biologic components: JS207, a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), and JS007, a recombinant humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4). By simultaneously blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, inhibiting VEGF-A-mediated angiogenesis, and blocking CTLA-4-mediated inhibitory signaling on T cells, the combination aims to synergistically enhance T-cell activation and promote robust anti-tumor immune responses in the tumor microenvironment. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase III clinical trials as a first-line treatment for advanced (unresectable or metastatic) hepatocellular carcinoma.
