Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS207 + JS212 is an investigational combination of two biologic therapies developed by Junshi Biosciences for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). JS207 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), combining immune checkpoint inhibition with anti-angiogenesis. JS212 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3), conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (exatecan). By combining these two agents, the regimen aims to simultaneously block tumor angiogenesis, enhance antitumor immune responses, and directly target tumor cells expressing EGFR and HER3, potentially overcoming resistance to single-agent therapies.
