JS207 + paclitaxel is a combination therapy consisting of JS207, a recombinant humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and paclitaxel, a microtubule-stabilizing taxane chemotherapy. JS207 is designed to simultaneously block the PD-1/PD-L1 immunosuppressive pathway and inhibit VEGF-mediated angiogenesis, potentially enhancing anti-tumor activity through synergistic mechanisms. This combination is being investigated for the treatment of recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), particularly in patients who have failed prior platinum-based chemotherapy.
