Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS208 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) family, currently under development by Junshi Biosciences for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. FGFR signaling is involved in various cellular processes, including proliferation and survival, and its dysregulation is a known driver of oncogenesis in several cancer types. JS208 aims to inhibit these receptors to disrupt downstream signaling pathways that promote tumor growth. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced malignancies harboring FGFR alterations.
