Overview

JS212 + JS111 is a combination therapy being developed by Shanghai Junshi Bioscience for the treatment of advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR mutations. JS212 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting both epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3). JS111 (also known as AP-L1898) is a small molecule inhibitor targeting EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations. The combination is designed to overcome resistance in patients who have progressed after prior EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy by simultaneously targeting multiple pathways and utilizing the cytotoxic payload of the ADC to induce tumor cell death.
