Overview

JS25 is a **selective small molecule inhibitor of TEC family kinases**, with the highest potency and selectivity for the bone marrow tyrosine kinase on chromosome X (BMX). BMX is a member of the TEC kinase family and is implicated in various cellular signaling pathways relevant to cancer and inflammatory diseases. JS25 exhibits a strong ability to inhibit the intracellular activity of BMX, demonstrating an IC50 of 44.8 nM in biochemical assays—making it notably more potent than earlier generation BMX inhibitors. Kinome screening data indicates that JS25 also inhibits other TEC family kinases (such as BTK, ITK, TXK, and TEC) but does so with selectivity, distinguishing it from broader-spectrum kinase inhibitors. JS25 is primarily an investigative research tool and does not have clinical approval. Its principal developers and manufacturers have not been publicly disclosed in the available scientific literature[2].
