Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS307 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by TopAlliance Biosciences (Junshi Biosciences) that targets Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2). It is designed for the treatment of gastrointestinal (GI) malignancies, such as gastric, esophageal, and pancreatic cancers, where Claudin 18.2 is frequently overexpressed. The therapeutic consists of a monoclonal antibody specific to CLDN18.2 conjugated to a cytotoxic payload. Upon binding to the target on the surface of tumor cells, the ADC is internalized, and the payload is released to induce cell death. JS307 is currently in the preclinical or planned stage of development.
