JSKN016 + carboplatin is a **combination therapy** consisting of JSKN016, a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and carboplatin, an alkylating agent. JSKN016 targets both HER3 (Human epidermal growth factor receptor 3) and TROP2 (Trophoblast cell surface antigen 2), which are overexpressed in various solid tumors. JSKN016 binds these antigens on tumor cells and undergoes internalization and lysosomal processing to release a topoisomerase I inhibitor (TOPIi) payload, leading to apoptosis.
