Overview

JSKN016HC is a subcutaneously injectable formulation of JSKN016, a first-in-class bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting both HER3 (receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-3) and TROP2. Developed by Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals using a proprietary glycan-specific conjugation platform, JSKN016HC is designed to treat advanced malignant solid tumors. By dual-targeting these two frequently overexpressed tumor antigens, the drug aims to enhance tumor specificity and overcome resistance associated with single-target therapies. The subcutaneous administration of JSKN016HC offers a potentially more convenient delivery method compared to traditional intravenous infusions of ADCs.
