Overview

JSP191 + fludarabine is a combination investigational conditioning regimen used for older patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML) undergoing non-myeloablative allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation. JSP191 is a first-in-class, humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD117 (c-Kit or stem cell factor receptor) on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, blocking stem cell factor binding and inducing depletion of these cells to facilitate successful donor engraftment. Fludarabine is a purine analog antimetabolite used as an immunosuppressive and cytotoxic agent. The combination, often used with low-dose total body irradiation (TBI), is designed to improve the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of transplant conditioning, promoting donor myeloid chimerism and measurable residual disease clearance. Jasper Therapeutics is the developer of JSP191[1][2][3][4][5][6].
