JW 2

JW 2 is a preclinical test compound developed by Derphartox for the treatment of psoriasis. It was evaluated alongside JW 1 and JW 3 in a specialized human skin transplant model of psoriasis, which involves grafting human psoriatic skin onto immune-deficient mice (such as BNX mice). Derphartox, a Dutch contract research organization, utilized this model to assess the efficacy of these compounds in reducing typical psoriatic features, including epidermal thickness and keratinocyte proliferation.
