**JW0102** is an investigational oral fixed-dose combination developed by JW Pharmaceutical that combines pitavastatin, valsartan, and amlodipine. The product is designed to address the coexisting cardiovascular risk factors of dyslipidemia and hypertension: pitavastatin inhibits HMG-CoA reductase to reduce cholesterol synthesis, valsartan antagonizes the angiotensin II type 1 receptor to lower vascular resistance and blood pressure, and amlodipine blocks L-type calcium channels to produce arterial vasodilation. A randomized, open-label, single-dose crossover Phase 1 study in healthy volunteers compared JW0102 with co-administration of JW0101 and C2101.
