JW07

JW07 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting Glypican-1 (GPC1), currently in preclinical development by Juventas Cell Therapy for the treatment of solid tumors. Glypican-1 is a cell surface heparan sulfate proteoglycan that is significantly overexpressed in various malignancies, including pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and squamous cell carcinomas, while maintaining low expression in healthy tissues. By engineering a patient's T cells to express a CAR specific to GPC1, JW07 is designed to selectively identify and eliminate GPC1-expressing neoplastic cells. This program represents part of Juventas's strategic expansion into solid tumor indications using its proprietary cell therapy platforms.
